To describe the company's corporate culture, measure employee engagement and satisfaction, and develop a corporate culture management strategy based on the results of the study.

Russian manufacturer of electrical equipment, the niche leader. The company has been operating on the electric equipment market for 30 years, with several branches in Russia and the CIS.

By following the developed strategy, the client reduced the % of employee turnover from 36% to 23% year over year, and increased employee satisfaction from 30% to 51%.

The key success factor of a business is its employees. Everyone knows this phrase, but few build business processes in accordance with this principle. And meanwhile, the companies that invest in HR research and rely on the involvement of staff have a significant competitive advantage in the long term. The benefits of the "human" approach are particularly evident in the last few years - the pandemic and then the war forced employers to pay close attention to their workforce. In this case we helped an industrial company significantly reduce employee turnover by managing organizational values, saving the customer a lot of resources on recruitment and training.
